At SNDYS The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation within 5 business days.
